Steven Raichlen's all purpose rubs are excellent in taste and we use them when preparing many dishes. Don't know how we could have enjoyed our meals before the use of his rubs.
One of my favorites

This is an excellent rub for chicken or pork. It is a mild rub with lively flavors. The aroma reminds me of the inside of a good Barbecue restaurant. Raichlen's rubs have all natural igredients, no preservatives, and are light on the salt. You can really taste the individual spices in them. This and his All Purpose are two of my "go-to" rubs.

This rub works great for fish, shrimp and scallops. Use sparingly since it is quite spicy.

I bought this rub to replace an old Kansas City favorite, the Brisket Rub from Stephenson's Apple Orchard. Stephenson's closed forever in 2007. This product is as close as I have been able to come to the Stephenson's product, and it does a nice job, but lacks the spiciness of the original. I didn't expect it to be as good, and it wasn't, but it brings out the flavor of brisket well, and captures the essence that Kansas City BBQ is famous for.

Rub was good & best part is that ingredients are all natural! No MSG or other garbage needed to make it taste great!
