BBQ Rib of Beef

INGREDIENTS
2 Lbs of Beef Ribs
1/2 Cup of Ketchup (There is an organic one from whole foods which is really good)
2 Tablespoon of Onion (Chopped Finely)
2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
2 Tablespoon of Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon of Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce
1/8th Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1 Drop of Tabasco Sauce
DIRECTIONS
Start by cutting the beef ribs into serving size pieces then place them in a kettle and cover it with water. Simmer it uncovered for an hour. While that’s simmering, mix the remaining ingredients in a pan. Let it simmer uncovered for 10 minutes then drain the ribs and place it in a greased up 2 quart baking dish. Add the sauce on top then bake uncovered at 350 degrees for an hour. Enjoy!
